Burgers and sandwiches have more grace when fluffy bun them out of the house.
Try it, and black, without filling, no less delicious. In a large bowl, mix the flour with warm milk with your hands.
Add the yeast, sugar, salt, lemon juice, and butter and mix until the ingredients are combined, well and slowly, to make a medium-firm dough. Knead in a bowl for 6 to 7 minutes, with your fists, until smooth and tears from your hands and from the walls of the bowl. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts of the weight of 150γρ. each and πλάθετε palms up to στρογγυλέψουν.
Put the rolls on the oven sheet with non-stick paper and put them there, a few cm apart, because I puff enough. Cover the pan with a clean towel and leave it in a warm place at home (for example.x. in front of the radiator), away from the air flow until the buns are flaky and almost twice the volume.
Add the milk, water and butter to the pan and heat the mixture until it reaches 30-35°C. In the mixer basket, put half the flour, yeast and sugar. With a hook, beat and add to the mixture with milk. Continue until the whole mixture is homogenized and add the egg and salt. Then add the remaining flour in doses, leaving each dose to be well integrated with the rest of the mixture.
Beat until you get a homogeneous dough.
Cut the dough into pieces of 100 gr. and φορμάρουμε in balls. Put them in the pan in which we have established and release of paper. Cover with cling film and leave your ζυμαράκια in a warm place or in the oven at 30-35 degrees so that the dough does not rise until it is twice its original size. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Bake at 190°C until they reach an internal temperature of 95°C, for 10-12 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200º C, preferably in air mode if there is an oven. If you want, make a bun with a minimum of water and sprinkle with sesame seeds or with a small amount of water. Fill a medium saucepan with water halfway up and allow the grill to rise. Return to the grill put the buns and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the dough rises and Browns well.

Also, drop all the ingredients from the beginning into the bucket, mixer, countertop and work for about 5 minutes with a special dough hook. Materials:
