Fluffy buns for burgers and sandwiches

Burgers and sandwiches have more grace when fluffy bun them out of the house.

Try it, and black, without filling, no less delicious. In a large bowl, mix the flour with warm milk with your hands.

Add the yeast, sugar, salt, lemon juice, and butter and mix until the ingredients are combined, well and slowly, to make a medium-firm dough. Beat until you get a homogeneous dough.

Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Bake at 190°C until they reach an internal temperature of 95°C, for 10-12 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200º C, preferably in air mode if there is an oven. If you want, make a bun with a minimum of water and sprinkle with sesame seeds or with a small amount of water. Fill a medium saucepan with water halfway up and allow the grill to rise. Return to the grill put the buns and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the dough rises and Browns well.
