My best friend’s family owns a peach ranch in the central valley in California. They are always looking for new ways to transform their yellow cling peaches. This recipe looks delicious -I’ll be forwarding this recipe along to them.

Hmm…..have a ton of plums and in to making some chutney tonight yet to use them up. Wonder if I could substitute some for peaches in this recipe…sounds good!
