wonderful idea!! I love roasting my tomatoes for salsa – gives it just another depth of flavor. And what’s not to love about bread??!!

Hi I am going to try this and was just wondering what type of yeast you mean by ‘instant’. Is it fast-acting, easy-blend or active dried (or does it matter)? Thanks.
