I end up cutting them up anyway and letting it rise for 1 hour. It tasted good but so hard to work with...any suggestions? Without your nifty little forms, mine ended up as large as my hand. :) Delicious. The cake + cherry part ended up with a bit of a chocolate bread pudding consistency, which was delicious IMHO.
