A yummy substitute - homemade pearsauce instead of applesauce. Also, for my own personal taste, I felt there was a bit much cream cheese filling - I only used about 3/4 of what I made. I think in the future I might make this in a bundt pan and swirl in the cream cheese filling a little bit. I think it would be a fantastic thing to bring to a brunch. This is great.
