Top Ten- #7 – Pizza Dough

I’m a thin crust pizza lover, so the fact that I absolutely loved this homemade crust surprised me. If you have not noticed by now my brother loves to use semolina a lot even if it’s just on the bottom of his breads. He says it adds a little crunch and great taste and I think this recipe proves him right. It’s fantastic!

Currently, I am specializing in your Rum and Eggnog Kugelhopf, which I have been delivering to friends who have a houseful of company. Currently I’ve made 4 and there will be a couple more before the holidays are over. This is probably not in your top ten, but it makes a great sweetbread.
