You’re too funny… trying to redeem yourself from those bacon-fat biscuits!

I’ve never baked with Splenda… just feel a little weary of using a bunch of that stuff in one recipe. I feel ok putting a little packet in my tea but a whole cup or so of it… I’m just not sure about the stuff.

That being said, I do love lemon and I’m sure I’d gobble this up Splenda or no!

This looks great! I’ll have to try it! I recently made a plum loaf with splenda, but it did have plenty of butter too, so I guess it wasn’t all that good for you!
