My brother in-laws parents have a small hobby farm, not far from our place. They always have the freshest free range eggs you’ve ever seen. With that rich bright orange color, not the fades light yellow color you get from the local grocers. The flavor of the eggs are wonderful, thick, rich and very tasty.
If your going to make this recipe please be sure to get fresh eggs, it creates the most colorful loaves of bread dotted with ham, herbs and red peppers.
This bread would make a delicious addition to any brunch. If you are a chef or have a restaurant, be sure to give this bread a try. It would be perfect for any breakfast menu. I would cook this bread in those mini loaf pans with a side of fresh fruit and topped with a little yogurt. Yummy and delicious looking. Be sure to serve this bread warm.

Wow, looks and sounds so good! Another great recipe from you. I want to give this one a try, but not with ham. Maybe turkey or chicken franks? Did I tell you I made your strawberry quick bread and it was a huge success in the family? It was so good!
