Hi –

Since i noticed the owners of this site are from Vancouver – i was thinking maybe these bagels look like gryfes (sp?) from toronto!? those are my favorite bagels ever – and these look like they are similar. More light and airy rather than dense. Has anyone had gryfee’s bagels, and know if these are similar!?

Chuck it’s amazing what a new shape will do. The shape would make these the star of any table. Potato Bagel Stars seems just right on perfect.
