I did things a bit different. First off couldn't get vanilla sugar so just did regular sugar for the filling and 1 tbsp of vanilla extract. Also, I accidentally put 4 teaspoons of vanilla in the dough recipe cause I didn't read the measuring spoon right. (All this is pretty typical for me) Plus, I made the dough the night before then the next day I made them into rolls and baked them. I don't think any of these changes matter though because they were SO GOOD! they were perfect without being too sweet. my husband loved them and actually ate them with some cheese. And being a beginner at all this baking stuff they were very simple to make. I love following along with the classes it really helps.
